Return & Refund Policy

At Mia & Leah Cape Town, we strive to provide high-quality products and a reliable shopping experience. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return in accordance with the terms outlined below.

This Return & Refund Policy clearly defines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • A return request may only be submitted after the customer has physically received the order.

  • All return shipping costs, including international postage, customs duties, and handling fees, are entirely the responsibility of the customer.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

  • Trying on items for fit is permitted; however, wearing items beyond fitting purposes is not allowed.

  • Ordering multiple sizes, colors, or variations with the intention of returning part of the order is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not fully comply with these conditions.

Return Process

  • Return requests must be submitted via info@mialeahcapetown.co.za within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Returns are processed through our central returns facility, depending on the product type and supplier location.

  • Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive the correct return address and detailed return instructions via email.

Customers must ship the item back at their own expense, including any applicable customs duties or international shipping fees.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Returns sent without prior written approval will not be accepted or processed.

Refunds

  • A 100% refund is only possible if the customer returns the item in accordance with this Return Policy.

  • Refunds are not issued without a physical return of the product, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

  • Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 30 days to the original payment method used for the purchase.

We do not issue refunds for items that are:

  • Used

  • Damaged

  • Worn beyond fitting

  • Returned in non-original condition

  • Returned without approval

Liability

  • Mia & Leah Cape Town is not responsible for lost or missing packages if tracking information confirms that the order was delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.

  • Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the correct shipping address is entered at checkout.

  • Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
